Unity Banquet 2007
Every year the transgender community here in Houston, Texas holds its annual unity banquet for the whole community to get together for a fun filled evening. This event hosts several well know speakers and a chance to meet those in our community who have accomplished or undergo situations that help others throughout their own personal transition. This was Marlene and I first banquet where we got to spend time with so many friends like Allison, Jennifer, and especially a very well known and famous transgender writer, Ms. Peggy Rudd.
